These Terms of Use govern your use of Collage Maker. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. App Overview

Collage Maker is a photo collage and photo grid creation app that allows users to create, edit, save, and export collage projects directly on their device.

The app is designed to work locally on your device. It does not use artificial intelligence, backend servers, cloud sync, analytics services, advertising SDKs, or external processing services.

2. Local Device Usage

All photo editing, collage creation, project saving, export, and Recycle Bin features are performed locally on your device.

Your photos, projects, edits, and deleted items are not uploaded by Collage Maker to any server or third-party service.

You are responsible for managing your device storage, project files, exported images, and any photos you choose to import into the app.

3. Photo Access

Collage Maker may request access to selected photos so you can create collages.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any photos, images, text, stickers, or content you add to your collage projects.

You agree not to use the app to create, edit, export, or share content that violates any law, infringes intellectual property rights, or harms the rights of another person.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and content you create or import into Collage Maker.

Collage Maker does not claim ownership of your content.

Because the app works locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up or preserving any projects or exported collages that are important to you.

5. Recycle Bin

When you delete a project, it may be moved to the Recycle Bin instead of being permanently deleted immediately.

You may restore deleted projects from the Recycle Bin or delete them permanently. Permanently deleted projects cannot be recovered.

Collage Maker may automatically remove older Recycle Bin items after a set period, such as 30 days.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Collage Maker may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions.

Premium features may include, but are not limited to:

• No watermark

• HD export

• 4K export

• Premium templates

• Premium layouts

• Premium stickers

• Premium backgrounds

• Unlimited project features

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

7. Free and Premium Access

Some features may be available for free. Other features may require a premium subscription or purchase.

We may change, add, remove, or modify free or premium features at any time, provided such changes comply with applicable App Store rules and user rights.

8. Refunds

All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.

If you want to request a refund, you must do so through Apple’s official refund process. We do not directly process App Store payment refunds.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes

• Violate any intellectual property rights

• Create or share harmful, abusive, misleading, or unlawful content

• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or attempt to extract the app’s source code

• Interfere with the app’s normal operation

• Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the app or device

10. Intellectual Property

Collage Maker, including its design, interface, features, templates, icons, graphics, and app content, is owned by the app developer or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from the app or its built-in design assets without permission.

Your own imported photos and created collage exports remain your content.

11. No Warranty

Collage Maker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, iOS version, or user workflow.

We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, app deletion, storage issues, operating system changes, user actions, or other circumstances outside our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of projects, loss of photos, loss of exported files, device issues, subscription issues, or inability to access premium features.

13. Apple Standard EULA

This app is distributed through the Apple App Store.

Your use of Collage Maker is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a separate custom license agreement is provided.

Under Apple’s Standard EULA, apps are licensed, not sold, to users. For third-party apps, the license is granted by the app provider.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for this app, except as required by applicable law.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable App Store terms may apply where required.

14. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms where applicable.

Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary where applicable under Apple’s App Store terms.

15. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Collage Maker is designed to work locally on your device and does not collect, sell, or share personal data.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how the app handles photos, projects, local storage, Recycle Bin items, and purchase-related information.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.

Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
