Last Updated: September, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Photo Collage Maker :PixGrid (“PixGrid”) handles information when you use the app.

PixGrid is designed to perform its core photo-editing and collage functionality locally on your device. We do not operate backend servers for processing user photos, and we do not use advertising SDKs or third-party tracking services.

By using PixGrid, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

PixGrid does not collect, store, sell, rent, or upload your personal information to our servers.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or videos, advertising identifiers, tracking data, account information, or payment card information.

PixGrid does not require users to create an account or log in.

2. Photos and Media

PixGrid may request access to photos that you choose so that you can create and edit collages.

Photos selected by you are used only to provide app functionality such as creating collages, editing images, applying layouts, adding text or stickers, saving projects, and exporting finished images.

Your photos are processed locally on your device.

PixGrid does not upload your selected photos to our servers or to third-party servers for photo processing.

You remain in control of which photos you choose to use with the app.

3. Face Data

PixGrid does not collect face data.

Users may choose photographs that contain people or faces. These photographs are treated as ordinary images for collage and photo-editing purposes.

PixGrid does not perform facial recognition, facial identification, biometric identification, facial profiling, face geometry analysis, face landmark extraction, or create facial templates, face embeddings, or biometric profiles.

PixGrid does not extract or derive information about a person's identity from their face.

Use of Face Data

PixGrid does not collect or extract face data and therefore does not use face data for identification, authentication, profiling, analytics, advertising, marketing, tracking, or any other purpose.

Photos containing faces may be displayed or edited as part of the normal photo-editing and collage-creation functionality selected by the user.

Face Data Storage

PixGrid does not store face data on our servers.

PixGrid does not maintain a database containing facial information, facial templates, facial measurements, biometric identifiers, or face profiles.

User-selected photos and collage projects may be stored locally on the user's device when necessary to provide saved-project functionality.

Face Data Sharing

PixGrid does not sell, rent, disclose, transmit, or share face data with third parties.

Face data is not provided to advertisers, analytics providers, AI providers, data brokers, marketing companies, or external servers.

Face Data Retention

Because PixGrid does not collect or store face data, there is no face-data retention period.

We do not maintain face data after a user finishes editing a photograph because no separate face data is extracted or collected.

Face Data Deletion

Because PixGrid does not collect or maintain face data on our servers, there is no server-side face-data record that needs to be deleted.

Users can delete imported photos or saved collage projects from within the app where applicable. Users can also delete the app to remove locally stored app data according to iOS/iPadOS behavior.

4. Local App Data

PixGrid may store information locally on your device to provide its features. This may include saved collage projects, project thumbnails, editing settings, text and sticker placements, export settings, Recycle Bin items, app preferences, and onboarding completion status.

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.

You can delete projects from within the app. Deleted projects may first be moved to the Recycle Bin before being permanently removed.

5. Recycle Bin

When you delete a project, PixGrid may move it to a local Recycle Bin instead of permanently deleting it immediately.

Recycle Bin content is stored locally on your device.

You may restore a project or permanently delete it from the Recycle Bin.

The app may automatically remove older Recycle Bin items after a specified period, such as 30 days.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

PixGrid may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions or other In-App Purchases that provide access to premium features.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.

We do not receive or store your complete payment card or banking information.

Apple may process transaction and subscription information according to Apple's own privacy policies and App Store terms.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information collected from the app because PixGrid does not collect personal information through its core functionality.

We do not share user photos or face data with advertisers, analytics companies, AI providers, data brokers, or external photo-processing servers.

8. Tracking and Advertising

PixGrid does not track users across apps or websites for advertising purposes.

PixGrid does not use third-party advertising networks, behavioral advertising systems, or third-party tracking SDKs.

9. Third-Party and Apple Services

PixGrid may use Apple-provided system frameworks and services to provide functionality such as selecting photos, saving images, sharing content, displaying system interfaces, and processing In-App Purchases.

When you interact with Apple services, Apple may process information according to its own privacy policies.

PixGrid does not provide face data to third-party services.

10. Children’s Privacy

PixGrid does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because PixGrid does not operate an account system or collect user photos or face data on our servers, we do not knowingly maintain personal information belonging to children.

11. Data Security

PixGrid is designed to keep user-created content and editing data locally on the user's device.

We recommend protecting your device using security features such as a device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

Device backups, iCloud backups, device restoration, or other Apple services may affect locally stored data according to the settings chosen by the user and Apple's applicable policies.

12. Your Choices and Data Control

You control the photos and projects you use with PixGrid.

You can choose which photos to import, manage photo permissions through iOS or iPadOS Settings, delete saved projects, permanently delete Recycle Bin items, and delete the application from your device.

Deleting PixGrid may remove locally stored app data in accordance with the operating system's normal behavior.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, applicable requirements, or our privacy practices change.

When this Privacy Policy is updated, the Last Updated date shown at the top will also be updated.
